Positive or negative, these experiences are stored in our physical and/or subtle body. Stress experienced in the physical body affects our mental state; mental stress impacts how we feel in our physical body. Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy allows you to develop an awareness of the root cause to dis-ease, release it, and then re-pattern movements and tendencies to feel whole and healthy.

Join me for an all levels sequence of poses that help you develop strength, flexibility, and a sense of ease in your physical body. Each class will also include breath work and meditation practices that cultivate a sense of peace in the mind. Options and modifications are offered. Wednesdays 7:00 am PT.
