Yoga Classes

Join me for an all levels sequence of poses that help you develop strength and flexibility. Options and modifications are offered. Each class will also include breath work and mindfulness meditation practices that cultivate a sense of peace in the mind. Morning classes are engaging and enlivening to help you start your day. Afternoon classes help you unwind and decompress from the day.

Ayurvedic Consultations

Take a personalized approach to your health and wellness by following an Āyurvedic nutritional and lifestyle plan created specifically for you! 

During an initial intake I’ll ask you questions that look deeply at your diet, sleep and daily patterns to get a sense of what's going on and where Ayurvedic recommendations can help. 

After the first visit you will receive personalized education and explanations about your health from an Ayurvedic perspective. Recommendations may include breathwork and stress reduction techniques, adjustments to your daily routine, instructions on how to adopt an inspiring seasonal diet and incorporate culinary herbs into your meals to transform your digestive fire, and herbs to correct imbalances. In subsequent visits we’ll track progress and adjust recommendations as necessary based on your improvements and any changing needs.
