Yoga Classes

Join me for an all levels sequence of poses that help you develop strength and flexibility. Options and modifications are offered. Each class will also include breath work and mindfulness meditation practices that cultivate a sense of peace in the mind. Morning classes are engaging and enlivening to help you start your day. Afternoon classes help you unwind and decompress from the day.

1:1 Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy Consultations

Take a personalized approach to your health and wellness by following a plan created specifically for you! 

In an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy session, we work together. During the initial intake I’ll ask you questions that look deeply at your diet, sleep and daily patterns to get a sense of your base constitution or optimal state. From there, I’ll help you identify the root cause of any discomfort and symptoms. I’ll also educate you on the Ayurvedic perspective of increased or decreased qualities and energies that impede optimal health.

What you’ll take away is an individualized set of Ayurvedic and Yogic practices to correct any imbalance and put you on a path to healing. These practices will empower you to develop awareness while bringing your inner nature in line with your external environment, returning the mind-body-spirit to wholeness and health.  

Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy practices and recommendations may include daily self-care routines, meditation and movement practices, yogic breath work and stress reduction techniques, food choices, and/or herbs to correct imbalances. In subsequent visits we’ll track your progress and make adjustments based on your changing needs.
