Notes
Note: there are some notes of concern about brewing tea at relatively low temperatures for an extended period of time. While recipes for sun tea abound, I have drunk dozens of batches of herbal sun tea in the last decade and never had any problem. That being said, if you have concerns about the safety of sun tea, pour boiling water over the herbs, steep for 10 minutes, strain, and cool tea before enjoying it while watching the sunset.
