Ingredients
- 1 tsp. dried tulsi
- 1 tsp. dried chamomile flowers
- ½ tsp. dried spearmint
Instructions
- Pour boiling water over loose herbs.
- Steep tea for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain and drink.
