Soothing Tulsi Tea

Used in Ayurveda to cultivate qualities of lightness and clarity, tulsi works on the nervous, respiratory, digestive systems.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. dried tulsi
  • 1 tsp. dried chamomile flowers
  • ½ tsp. dried spearmint

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over loose herbs.
  2. Steep tea for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Strain and drink.
  4. Makes one large mug (~16 oz)
