Making Space: Ushering in the Air and Ether Elements
Walking at sundown on the days leading up to and following the solstice provides a unique perspective on the elements. A clear day provides striking colors as the sun’s rays are low in the sky.
The shorter days have a feeling of lightness, coolness, even a sense of dryness despite rainy weather.
The air and ether elements are prominent in the winter time when we in the northern hemisphere are tilted the farthest away from the sun and tilted toward the vast space on the other side of it.
