Autumn Bliss Tea

This gently warming tea has all of the fall favorites: sweet, crisp, and tart. Reminiscent of spiced cider it can be enjoyed warm or cool.

Just in time for all the fun fall festivities! If you’re looking for something new or a less sugary alternative to your pumpkin spiced latte, give this sultry sweet and tart tea a try!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons dried hibiscus flowers

  • 2 teaspoons dried fennel seeds

  • 16 green cardamom pods

  • 8 whole cloves

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a heat proof container such as a glass measuring cup or mason jar.

  • Pour 32 oz of freshly boiled water over the herbs. Steep 10-15 minutes. Strain.

  • For hot tea: pour into mugs and enjoy.

  • For cool/iced tea: after straining allow to cool to room temperature or refrigerate before enjoying.

  • Makes four 8 ounce cups or two large mugs/glasses of tea.
