Autumn Bliss Tea
Just in time for all the fun fall festivities! If you’re looking for something new or a less sugary alternative to your pumpkin spiced latte, give this sultry sweet and tart tea a try!
Ingredients
2 teaspoons dried hibiscus flowers
2 teaspoons dried fennel seeds
16 green cardamom pods
8 whole cloves
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a heat proof container such as a glass measuring cup or mason jar.
Pour 32 oz of freshly boiled water over the herbs. Steep 10-15 minutes. Strain.
For hot tea: pour into mugs and enjoy.
For cool/iced tea: after straining allow to cool to room temperature or refrigerate before enjoying.
Makes four 8 ounce cups or two large mugs/glasses of tea.
