This relaxing herbal tea combines common Ayurvedic herbs to soothe the nervous system.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tulsi
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rose petals
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried peppermint
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried fennel seeds

Instructions

  1. Measure dried herbs into a mug or tea strainer placed inside a mug. Pour 12-14 ounces of freshly boiled water over herbs. Steep for at least 5 minutes. Strain or use a bombilla (tea straw) to enjoy your tea.
